Youth Programs Manager
CitySprouts is hiring a Full-Time Youth Programs Manager! This position will manage CitySprouts' Green Team, which delivers out-of-school-time programming for middle schoolers in Boston and Cambridge. The role also includes designing and implementing short-term programs for community members, including middle schoolers, and growing CitySprouts' reach across youth development spaces in both cities. All CitySprouts programs are designed to foster curiosity, belonging, and equitable access to meaningful learning experiences in school gardens and city green spaces.
This position reports to the Program Director and is based at our Cambridge office in Central Square. Requires occasional weekend and evening work for outreach events.
